Privacy notice

We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry and manage our work together. Project records include agreed scope, bookings, proposals, invoices, documents, and payment confirmations.

Access and storage

Client records are stored in a private database and documents in private file storage. Each client can access only their own records. Hosting, database, and file storage are provided through Cloudflare.

Consultations and media

We store request briefs, conversation messages, audio/video attachments, meeting details and notes, automation settings, tasks, and run history to provide the service. Microphone access is optional and used only when you choose to record a voice note. Meeting links may open an external provider. Resend may deliver service emails when configured.

Your information

To request access, correction, or deletion, contact your consultant. Business records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations. Do not send sensitive information through the initial enquiry form.
